Notice of Voting Equipment Audit

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.08 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C. § 21081), the Town of Ellington will conduct a voting system audit on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 8:00 AM at the Ellington Community Center located at N3802 State Road 76, Hortonville, WI.  The reporting unit to be audited is Town of Ellington, Wards 1-5, which utilizes the ES&S DS200 voting system.  The reporting unit and contests were randomly selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
